Toilet Trouble: The Great 3rd Grade Bathroom Overflow

By Colt. M., Source from Mrs. [PRIVATE]

Drama isn’t just reserved for the stage here at HCES—sometimes, it happens in the most unexpected places, like the 3rd-grade bathroom! 😱

It all started as a regular day in the halls of HCES. Students were heading to their classes, everything seemed peaceful. That is, until the third-grade bathroom decided to put on its own show… a show of disaster.

At approximately 11:25 the unthinkable happened. The toilet, which had been happily flushing away as it’s supposed to, suddenly decided to revolt. With a loud gurgle and a suspicious bubbling sound, it overflowed, flooding the bathroom with a chaotic rush of water. 🚽💦

The scene was pure drama—students rushed out, some screaming, some laughing, others unsure of how to react. "Is it a flood?" one student asked, while another said, "It's the bathroom apocalypse!" 😱

Our heroes? The janitorial team swooped in, equipped with mops, buckets, and all the cleaning supplies needed to save the day. The third-grade students, though stunned, managed to stay calm and—somehow—avoid making an even bigger splash of things.

After what felt like an eternity, the waters finally receded, the toilet was fixed, and the bathroom was back to normal. But not without leaving behind a lingering sense of mystery and wonder: How could something so… unexpected… happen in our very own school?

So, what’s the lesson here? Always be prepared for the unexpected in the world of school drama—whether it’s a surprise test, an impromptu fire drill, or, apparently, a toilet that wants to make a splash of its own!
